Remix Swing studio is in the heart of Uptown Waterloo and offers multiple options for your public or private event, including:

• dance / movement classes & workshops
• dance parties or events
• private parties (birthday, reception, other)
• shows or other ticketed events
• private dance lessons
• and more!

Note that our studio is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator access.

Our studio includes three parts: a check-in area (which includes a coat room & check-in desk), a full community kitchen, and the main studio space. For events or social parties the total rental is $85+HST per hour (subject to change), with discounts available for over 4 hours. The full rental time must include all setup and clean up time required. Note that public events require their own insurance with Remix Swing listed as additional insured and any liquor licensing required must be secured by the renter.

Looking to rent a studio for a class, workshop, or private lesson? We have two spaces available:

• Our main studio is 1300+ sq ft and includes floor to ceiling mirrors, a large speaker, natural light, and hardwood floors (see image). This room can fit a lot of people depending on the style/purpose. The cost per hour is $55+HST (subject to change).
• Our back studio is only 300 sq ft, perfect for private lessons or classes of 3-4 participants (depending on the style/purpose). The cost per hour is $35+HST (subject to change).

Renting for a class, workshop, or private lesson does not include event use or access to the kitchen. The full rental time must include all setup and transition time required. Renters are required to provide their own insurance with Remix Swing listed as additional insured.
